We Are Now “Out-of-Network”

If you have insurance and have “out of network” benefits you may be able to recoup some of the cost of your visit by simply attaching our patient receipt to your insurance claim form.

Cutting out the insurance middlemen has enabled us to spend more time with you while making fees more affordable for all of our patients. We ask you to pay for your visit at the time of service with cash, check, debit, or credit card.
