Physician Evaluation
Thorough history of current and past symptoms
Review of family history and your personal risk assessment
Comprehensive top to toe physical exam including pelvic exam

Laboratory Tests
Metabolic Panel (screening of all organ systems)
CBC (complete red and white blood count)
Lipid Panel (total, good and bad cholesterol and triglycerides)
Urine Analysis
Pap Smear
Hem Occult (to detect blood in stool for colon cancer)

Imaging Exams*
Routine screening mammogram, plus either:
BMD (Bone Mineral Density), OR Pelvic ultrasound

Optional Extra Pampering
Massage* - 30 minute full body massage
*Swedish Massage provided by Linda Rudolph RMT and can be scheduled either before or after physical or mammogram

One thorough review of symptoms, risk assessment, and full physical exam including pelvic or prostate and rectal with age and gender appropriate screening blood work.

Three (3) additional quarterly reviews, or visits for episodic or urgent care during your year of preventative coverage.
