Dr. Winstrom is now offering
Employee Health Care Packages

Package A @ $400 per employee

• One annual physical (1-hour) with Dr .Winstrom. Time will be spent examining the body, discussing medical history, discussing current lifestyle, and addressing any medical concerns that may require on-going treatment.
• One additional visit with Dr .Winstrom (30 minutes), expires one year from the date of package initiation.
• One flu shot.
• Lab tests include: Complete Blood Count, Complete Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Urinalysis, Hemoccult, and Pap or PSA.

Package B @ $800 per company

• Ten 30-minute visits to be used in one calendar year by any employee for any reason/treatment that can be addressed in a single 30-minute visit with Dr. Winstrom.
• Examples: On-going ADD treatment, on-going cholesterol treatment, common cold, sinus infection, etc.

Package C @ $35 per employee

• Flu vaccine clinic held at your place of employment. Each employee registered receives a flu vaccine. Minimum of 10 employees, please.
